Getting your official ID card is simple and secure.

Complete Your Details

Fill in your personal information exactly as it appears on your ID document:

Full name (as shown on passport or birth certificate)
Date of birth
Dance school or other team/group (from approved list)
Local authority
Medical conditions (or "None")
Emergency contact details

Upload Your Photo & Documents

ID Photo Requirements:

• Must be square (1:1 ratio)
• Headshot only - face clearly visible
• No group photos
• High quality image
• You'll crop it to size in the uploader

You must also upload ONE of the following ID documents:

Passport
Birth certificate
Chaperone ID (for professionals)
DBS certificate (for professionals)

Choose Your Options

Select what you need:

ID Card Only - £12
ID Card + Lanyard - £15 (choose from That's Showbiz blue, purple, or yellow)

GDPR Consent & Payment

Review our privacy policy, tick the GDPR consent checkbox, and complete payment securely via Stripe.

100% Secure: We never store your payment details. All transactions processed by Stripe.

We Review, Print & Post Your Card

Once payment is confirmed:

We review your submission and documents
Your data is exported to our secure print system
ID card is printed with your photo and school logo
Posted to your registered address
Confirmation email sent

Important Notes

• Cards are valid for 2 years from issue date
• Your name must match your ID document exactly
• Photos must be cropped to square (1:1) format
• All documents are securely stored and GDPR compliant
• Renewal available for £8 when your card expires
