Ordering takes about five minutes. Have a photo of the dancer and their passport or birth certificate ready.

Fill in the dancer's details
Enter them exactly as they appear on the ID document.

Add a photo and one ID document
A clear, square headshot with the face fully visible. You'll crop it in the uploader, so any good photo works.

Choose your card
Card only, or card with a That's Showbiz lanyard in blue, purple or yellow.
- •ID card: £12
- •ID card and lanyard: £15

Give consent and pay
Read the privacy policy, tick the consent box and pay securely through Stripe.

We check, print and post
Our team checks the details against the document, prints the card with the dancer's photo and school logo, and posts it in a batch to your dance school for your teachers to hand out. You'll get a confirmation email.

Your information is protected

ID documents are used to confirm name and date of birth, nothing else.

Name, date of birth, photo and card expiry. Never documents or medical details.

ID documents, medical and contact details are deleted one year after a card expires.

Payments go through Stripe, so we never see or store card details.
